MEET OUR TEAM
President and Founder
Paul Swibinski is one of New Jersey’s most respected political and public relations strategists. He has over thirty years of experience representing clients ranging from elected officials to political campaigns to some of the state’s largest corporations in healthcare, telecommunications, utilities and more.
Chief Operating Officer
Philip Swibinski is a partner at Vision Media who manages the firm’s day-to-day operations. His work has been cited regularly by New Jersey publications, including twice being named as a “Political Consultant of the Year” and being called “the go-to consultant on the Democratic side” by the New Jersey Globe. He’s patiently waiting for the Brooklyn Nets to one day bring him an NBA title.
Chief Financial Officer
Jean Swibinski manages the firm’s finances, accounts payable and receivable, media buying and human resources. Jean has been with the firm for over twenty years and has been an instrumental part of its growth and success. When she’s not managing the firm’s finances, Jean is baking a mean banana bread.
David Keith has worked on several major campaigns throughout the country, most recently managing Dr. Al Gross’ campaign for U.S. Senate in Alaska in 2020 as well as numerous other races nationwide. His extensive experience in general consulting, campaign management, strategy, fundraising and digital media add a significant new dimension to Vision Media’s service offerings. David is excited to go from living out of a suitcase to finally having a permanent fixed address.
Senior Account Manager
Nick comes to VMMI after serving as Director of Community Relations at NYCDOT, where he was responsible for managing inquiries to the Commissioner from elected officials and the general public. Nick was also involved in several large-scale public outreach campaigns for the agency. Prior to working for NYCDOT Nick was the Communications Director for NYS Assembly Member Matthew Titone, where he oversaw all aspects of external communications. His duties also included managing district office operations such as community outreach and constituent services as well as legislative bill drafting and policy research.
Shannon Brennan joined VMMI in 2022 from a background in grassroots organizing, communications, and social media management for Democratic candidates in NYC. When not deep in a political (or pop culture!) news spiral, she can either be found with her nose in a book or at Prospect Park with her dog.
Darsen Hover joined VMMI in 2021 and has experience providing communications services to several candidates for New York City Council prior to joining the firm. A former Fulbright Scholar, she’s a graduate of Hunter College with a strong interest in public policy. When she’s not working, Darsen is usually in the woods somewhere or hanging out with her dog.
Jake Briggs joined VMMI in 2022 from a background in politics at the Federal and State level working on campaigns in New Jersey, North Carolina, and West Virginia. Jake brings with him years of experience with political relationship management and a keen understanding of the need for all elected officials to deliver for their constituents. In his free time, Jake is likely working on a crossword puzzle at his favorite coffee shop.
Claire Swibinski directs the firm’s creative output across print, digital, web, social media and everything in between. She previously worked at nationally recognized media consulting firms handling creative for clients ranging from local elections in major cities to statewide campaigns. A graduate of the School of Visual Arts in New York, Claire’s work has been recognized with numerous Stanley F. Reed Award wins and finalist submissions for direct mail. Claire is a political junkie – be it the politics of “The Real Housewives” or election season.
